At Paple Rayn, we create and sell products that help you look better and feel better. Whether you’re using our shoes on the street or the court, or our apparel in the office or on the go, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your paplerayn.store purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 5 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

   *Because custom and personalized Paple Rayn Hub products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES:

In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code or district. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date

  •  All deliveries begin at 10:00am EAT within Uganda.
  • Ugandan orders received before 10:00am EAT will be delivered the same day and orders received after 10:00am EAT will be delivered the next day.

 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE:

Need to make a change? You may return your product according to the conditions below using our free returns option for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.

  • All exchanges of products for clients within Kampala city center should be communicated by the client no later than a day after the delivery has been made. A return of the product should happen within a maximum of three (3) working days
  • All exchanges of products for clients outside Kampala city center should be communicated by the client no later than two (2) days after the delivery has been made. A return of the product should happen within a maximum of five(5) working days
  • Items in need of exchanging should be in the same condition they were delivered with all store tags and accessories still intact.

 

REFUND:

We will process your return within 2-5* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. For cash on delivery payment method we will send mobile money to the registered number at checkout. We do not refund shipping charges.

  *During peak seasons please allow up to 7 business days for your return to process.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIM:

If you believe you have a defective Paple Rayn product that was purchased within the last two days, please contact Consumer Relations ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­to set up a return authorization for inspection. Paple Rayn reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim.

Please have order email in hand when you contact the team. The team will need you to read the order number printed to determine authenticity & eligibility for your inspection.
